taping mouth

How exactly are you doing this? Where do you place the tape?

I am new to all this, so any help is appreciated.

I use a 4 inch long piece of 2 inch medical tape and place it firmly, horizontally across my lips. The chinstrap and the Activa mask help hold it in place. It's not the sexiest look, but it does work.

Thanks. I will try this. I do not have a chin strap.
I just got a new mask today, and I am afraid mouth breathing may be a problem.
