How can I get detailed data out of my S8?

Hi,

since yesterday, I'm a proud owner of an S8 (don't ask me about the complications to get this one from cpap.com to West-Africa ...), and now I'm of course trying out many things

But whenever I do a download from the machine, I only get summary data, never detailed data, to download. I couldn't find a setting where to change the download type.

I am using Resscan 3.10 on Win7 Ultimate, connection is over the USB-adapter. Couldn't get hold of a card-reader yet ...

Any suggestions?

Before you click OK on the download screen, click on the bar to the left that says "select". And then select detailed data.

That's the spirit. What's the worst you can do? Break it... Oh, wait. We don't want that, do we?

It's pretty darn hidden.

If you click on the download button, then you should select the device and select "all detailed data" or the like. Here's a picture of the windows. I highlighted the areas to Click with yellow.



If it pops up a window when you plug in the USB adapter, then you have a checkbox (toward the middle or right of that popup window) that lets you select detailed data.

Of course the card reader will make it easier. Glad to see 3.10 works with Win7.

Hey - you two rock! Thanks a lot for this - really not so easy to find! Hope this post will help other disoriented newbies with this software, too.

One slight difference I noticed, on my screen it even has the check-box "Set these as my default options", which is just what I need

Forgot to specify that I'm on a 32bit version of Win7.

Ok, so let the testing go full swing. I might get back with some questions about that.

If you've got "set these as default" then you've got the newest version of the software!
