de lure of de machine

Post by carbonman » Tue Mar 02, 2010 7:30 am

de lure of de machine, it calls to me.
It's shiny and glows, like baubles and beads.
All silver and blue, it calls out,
"I'm better....I'm new."

I have all my reasons, in order, of course:
I need to be first,
it fits my scene,
it's a much better scheme,
it will tell me all of the things,
that I need to know, while I sleep.
This....this is the one.

As I lie here and ponder, wonder and wake,
it gnaws at me....

it's a much more primal need.

It's not de lure of de machine,
that calls to me.....
it's not the glow of baubles and beads,
that beckon to me....

On the edge of the desperate, black inky night, it lurks,
it's the burning eyes of the beast....

it's de lure of sleep.
"If your therapy is improving your health but you're not doing anything
to see or feel those changes, you'll never know what you're capable of."
I said that.

Clap! Clap! Clap! Clap! Sounds like lyrics for a new song for the Cpap Band. I'll get my FFM out and start composing some leak music.

At night as our blue eyes meet
I know you'll always be there for me

As I feel the softness of your breath
I no longer feel the fear of death

I give up !!!

I give up!!!

De Lure a Da Machine done beat me, mon.

Me ordered my new S9 Autoset a few minutes ago

My poor ol' S8 Elite is gonna feel so abandoned.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the price.

Give 'em a call and see. Don't know if it is ok to post the price here.
Much much less than the posted price though.

I passed on the humidifier cause I have an F & P 150 humidifier that does an excellent job. Better than the H3i for my old S8.

So I just got the base unit and hose for $159 less.

But that is an excellent price for the whole thing.
