If you are satisfied with the reader, I'd like to get the link from you where you ordered it from. Did this include the software also?

Pressure is set quite a bit higher than I am used to with my old bipap (14/10) but I am ready for the challenge of getting accustomed to it.

Hi, Fred. FWIW, I was on fixed-pressure therapy (at 12cms) before I bought my BiPAP Auto SV last month. I, too, was concerned about how I might adapt to the rapid pressure changes with the ASV, but I'm happy to report that it's been a very smooth transition, and I love this machine. I'm sleeping better now than I have in the almost 2.5 years I've been on therapy.

Hopefully, you'll have a similar experience.
Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy. ;))

PR S1 ASV 950, DreamWear mask, F&P 150 humidifier, O2 @ 2L.

Fred D - That wasn't my quote so, hopefully, the person who ordered that smart card will see it and respond to you.

Yes Maam, I appreciate the encouragement. I had a good night with it for a first night. Feelin' pretty good this morning. Had a stuffy nose from the humidifier (I am guessing it was from the humidifier, normally never have one) and plan on trying it without it if it persists.

Other than that I would have to give it a two thumbs up.

Hawthorne,
I must have hit the wrong quote button when I wrote that reply. Sorry for the confusion and the correct poster (mdbose) did get in touch with me.
Thanks,

Fred

The main thing is that the OP got in touch with you. That's great, because I couldn't answer your question.

Hope you keep feeling better!
