One week under my belt

Post by FnE » Sat Feb 20, 2010 9:54 pm

Hello everyone! I've had my CPAP machine for a week now. I've gone from an AHI of 40 (pre-CPAP) to 3 in a week of using the machine. Incredible; I'm already feeling more awake during the day. I don't like sleeping with the mask, but I'm able to do it and I think I'm having an easier time than some on this board so, I feel fortunate. Thanks to all of you for the information I've already gathered in just a week. This is obviously a helpful and supportive group. Cheers!

FnE

Congrats and I hope the Sleep Apnea trail does not turn into, "Fear and Loathing".
