Mirage Liberty - Noise

Post by PaVetter » Tue Feb 09, 2010 3:23 pm

I got my new Liberty today. I tried it for about 10 minutes. The thing I noticed the most was the vent noise. Is this common?

I tried the Mirage Liberty last night and I couldn't hear the vent noise at all over the extremely loud, rude sounding noises escaping from the sides of of the mouth piece every time I moved. I must have adjusted it wrong, but I finally gave up on it at 4 am. My Swift Lt was drying and I had to put it all back together before I could go back to sleep.

I am going to have to watch the fitting video I guess.

My experience is if your pressure is over 12, the rule is tight straps, tight straps and tight straps. Even then it will occasionally leak. Fresh nose pillows at least every 60 days helps too.
