Encore Pro 2.2, why is my Therapy Recalculation Status N/A?

Is it just me, or does everyone find this to be the case? The Therapy Recalculation Status is found under the Company Settings Tab. It is a Windows based service that is utilized by Encore Pro 2.2 to recalculate the saved smart card data every time you change the time zone, change the Therapy Data Selection under Patient Therapy Data and possibly other important uses as well. Mine always shows the status as N/A which I take to mean "not available".

I have gone to Administrative Tools in Control Panel and found the service listed under services. And I have made sure the service has the startup type "automatic" and I have made sure the service is "started"; but all of that seems to never change the status of this service in Encore Pro 2.2. Am I mistaken about the way this service should appear in Encore Pro 2.2?

Does anyone have a solution I might try?

Mine is the same. I interpret N/A as Not Applicable, and it isn't applicable in my case because I have not changed time zones and have had no need to run the Recalculation Service. Just my opinon.

I did change time zones after downloading data. I want to thank ecocyber for posting as I had no idea where to locate the recalculation service and it definitely was not "started". My recalculation status was "in progress". It's still zero complete, but maybe now it will do something.

Mine took it several days to finish, many days in 0% then one day said 50% next day N/A and it was done.
