Need Help with Resmed software

Post by Colombia » Sat Jan 30, 2010 12:22 pm

I have the Resmed software and have no problem downloading and viewing the results, but apparently only the "Summary Graph" information is being downloaded from the machine.

I click on "Detailed Graph" and receive the message "No detailed data available.

Thanks

When you download from card to software, to the right when the download box comes up is Select or the Default in the Data box is Summary Data Only. Do you click on the Select box to the right?
If yo don't, you won't ge detailed data.
When the Select Data box comes up you have the choice of All Available Data or Selected Data. If you click on Selected Data then you can also click on Selected Detailed Data Sessions. If you do click on Selected Detailed Data Sessions then you also have the option of how many Most Recent Detailed Data Sessions which then gives you the option of one, two, five days, two weeks, three weeks or all. Below that you have the option of selecting Include High Rate Data Such As Flow (If Available). Make your selection and click on Okay.

That takes you back to the Download box. Select Start Download. That will tell you how many nights of Summary Data was downloaded. And however many sessions of Detailed Data you selected for download.

You need to select the "download detailed data" check box. Here are the steps:
  1. Click on the "Download" menu button
  2. Click on the "Select" button to change the "Summary data only" option
  3. Click on the "All Available Data" radio button to download detailed data and the summary data
  4. Click on "OK" and then ...
  5. Click on "Start Download" to start the download process

Hope that helps.

ditto, ditto gang........I agree.

I would also encourage you to do this asap. Everytime noon comes around, the detailed information from four days ago rolls into the averages. Then you lose the detail for that day.
