I want to order a Regenesis pillow and just can't decide between the two sizes. Does anyone who has one feel that the regular size is too small or has drawbacks because of its size? Same question for the XL.
I'm really looking for any feedback that might help from those of you who have the pillow.
Thanks!

Re: Regenesis Pillow - Regular or XL?
It depends on how you sleep, your size, and what you are used to. Some of us are comfortable with the Regular others have complained about its size. I sleep on my side and sleep on the edge of the pillow...regular is fine for me...in fact I am using only about 40% og the hulls that came with the pillow so mine is relatively flat. If I was a back sleeper I would problibly use most of the hulls, but I think the size is fine.

Re: Regenesis Pillow - Regular or XL?
I tried the regular and it is a perfect size plus it is not so bulky for travel . You may like the XL if you normally use a king size and/or need the height.
The nice thing is that this pillow is adjustable and confirmable but supportive compared to other cpap specific pillows which tend to be firm and super high. The only negative is you can't machine wash/dry the hulls. The Regenesis pillow case's material is very sturdy and the use of chlorine bleach being 100% cotton.

Re: Regenesis Pillow - Regular or XL?
For me, the XL is still too small. I really wish they were available in the standard pillow sizes. I like the pillow but I can't sleep with it due to its too small size, at the very least I need a queen size but much prefer king. I use it as my snuggly/upper body support & have continued without any problems sleeping with my pre-cpap pillow.

Thanks for the feedback!
I think I'll go with the regular one. I sleep on my back and right side and don't move much at all at night. I don't like a full pillow at all.

Re: Regenesis Pillow - Regular or XL?
I was in the trial for the Regenesis pillow when Bret was in the early stages of getting it to market. I received my pillow last spring.
I had always used a king size pillow for I don't remember how long. If I would take a guess, probably close to 25 years using the king size pillows.
I knew the size of Bret's pillow prior to getting it, but wanted to give it a try. In trying the pillow, I found that I loved it and even tried convincing Bret to make a larger size (at the time he had only the regular size available). I back and side sleep, more on the back but enough on the sides that I like something that will cradle my neck and support it.
It took some getting used to the smaller size, but managed to do it in short order.
I experimented with a queen size quilted pillow cover and added buckwheat hulls to it. I found that the pillow was too heavy for easy adjusting in the middle of the night if needed.
With a few exceptions, I have used the regular size Regenesis pillow nightly and have found I don't sleep as well on any other type of pillow.
