Resperate machine and relaxing

Post by Husky Lover » Sat Jan 02, 2010 2:59 pm

I hate to start a new thread but the existing one seems to have wandered and bloated in size. I avoid threads with too many pages, like more than one. Usually there is too much chaff and not enough wheat for those that don't have the time to read the bantering. No offense to those who like to be chatty. I'm just stating a personal preference which may be shared by others.

My point is that I purchased a Resperate machine to assist in my high blood pressure. When I am pressed for time, I'll wire up when I go to bed and often doze off during the session and awaken to the voice saying that I'm breathing out of sequence. The nights that I used it in bed, I really fall to sleep quickly and sleep soundly all night.

So for you who have anxiety with using CPAP, you may have high blood pressure too and may be justified in buying a Resperate machine which may help with both issues.
