It seems the adjustment for the forehead pad will not adjust enough to let the cushion contact the sides of my nose right below my nose bridge with the Quattro.

I wish the survey had had a radio button for "I like it, but I don't love it yet."

The Quattro was the second mask in my search for perfection. It worked much better than the Full life (Darn it. I loved the full life). Nevertheless the Quattro leaked too much for me to get acclimated, so I currently use the F&P Forma. I don't particularly like the Forma, but it works -- I am occasionally compliant with it.

That said, when I had some end-of-year money to spend (before the insurance deductible resets), I got a spare pad and wire for the Forma, but bought a Quattro as my spare mask, in hopes that I will have better luck with it after I move from "occasional" to "habitual" compliance.

If I have good luck with it, I might even (insert wistful sigh here) try a Full Life.

I haven't worn mine for a couple of years, even though I think about using it again......but my old UMFF is hard to part with for even one night. With the Quattro, I got the elbow leak fixed with Teflon tape and it was a nice, quiet, comfortable mask, but for me, it didn't seem like it had enough exhaust flow/rate and left me feeling "un-refreshed".......like I was re-breathing too much CO2.
One of these nights, I'll try it again......or maybe for a nap.

I've had several different feelings for the Quatro. The first two or three nights I tried it - I hated it. It leaked into my eyes and down my chin. I went back to my Zesta mask, couldn't decide if I was going to take it back, then decided to try the Quatro again. It fit better, a ways from perfect, but definite improvement. Each of the succeeding nights, I was able to control the leaks and the fit. Currently, I really like it - it isn't pure love yet, but it's getting closer.

Even tho, I turn the dial away from my nose, I still awaken with a red mark on the top of the bridge of my nose. It isn't like the raw spot the Full Life left on my nose. Even putting tape on my nose didn't protect it. The Full Life was a comfy, soft feeling mask, but it didn't work for me - sorry about that.

I love and hate it. I hate it when it leaks like a sieve. I love it when it works well. And that normally happens within the space of a few minutes. I imagine with a steady pressure it would be great. But with my ASV unit, when the pressure ramps up, the Quattro starts leaking like mad. Then the pressure settles down and it's a very comfortable mask. Sigh! The fun never ends.
