"Twas the night before Christmas
when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring
not even my spouse;

The CPAP hose was hung
by the bedpost with care,
In hopes that Santa CPAP soon would be there...."

And Ma in her kerchief
And I in my Papcap,
Had just settled down
To a long therapeutical nap -

When out on the lawn
There rose such a clatter,
I sprang from my bed to see what was the arousal.

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh and eight tiny reindeer...

With a little old driver so lively and fat,
I knew in a moment it must be Santa CPAP.

As I drew in my head and was turning around,
Down the chimney Santa CPAP came with a REM rebound.

He was dressed all in cotton and velcro from his head to his foot,
And his Pee Jays were all tarnished with ashes and soot.

A bundle of 'bricks' he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a Respiratory Tech. just opening his pack.

His eyes how they twinkled! His dimples how merry!
His cheeks were like roses, his nose scarred from CPAP Therapy!

He had a broad face and a big round belly
That shook when he laughed like a bowl full of jelly.
He was chubby and plump -a right jolly old elf,
And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself.

He spoke not a word, but went straight to laying out masks, hoses and other stuff,
And filled all the prescriptions without a 'Starbucks'

And laying his finger aside of his netipot,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose from the spot...

He sprang to his sleigh, to his Medical Team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight,

"Merry Christmas to all and all a Good Sleep Tonight!!"
HO! HO! HO! Old SantaCPAP loves this rendition of my favorite poem! HO! HO! HO! Getting very busing now at the North Pole, just a few days until time to load the sleigh for my busiest night of the year!

Since Santa discovered his sleep apnea and started using CPAP, he's merrier than ever!
Does that mean that next year Santa will be lean and mean sleigh driving machine and ready to dance with the Chippendale's?
HO! HO! HO! Lean & mean indeed!

Thanks, Santa CPAP and Rested Gal! Sometimes for Xmas, we just need to give to ourselves! Just couldn't wait to open one of my gifts, a PapCap.

Santa, you really know how to pick great gifts!! How is did you know??

and started out on his great night vigil'

HO! HO! HO! Old Santa does his best (and he has lots of helpers!!). Well, the elves are finishing up loading the sleigh, Rudolph and all the other reindeer are hitched up, and we're be off to begin are deliveries shortly. Don't forget to leave old Santa some cookies and milk! And remember the reindeers--they get hungry, too, during our long night of travel around the world!

HO! HO! HO! MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR! HO! HO! HO!
