Zeo Personal Sleep Coach

Post by engransan106 » Thu Dec 17, 2009 2:34 pm

An interesting product was introduced on the Today Show this week by Matt Lauer and Dr. Nancy Snyderman. The Zeo Personal Sleep Coach was created by a group of sleep-deprived Brown University students in 2003. This relatively low cost product may lead to a better sleep diagnostic tool for some.
I was particularly interested in their cheap Smart Card and reader combo and wondering if it would work with my Resmed S8 Autoset II.

If you want an SD card reader, then something like the following would be a lot cheaper:

Of course, if you have problems with your sleep hygiene, then the Zeo Personal Sleep Coach would be okay. But frankly, a little bit of common sense also helps.

John do you think the NewEgg reader will actually work with the Rescan software?

No, that reader won't work with ResScan or the data cards for ResMed machines. The ResMed data cards are Smart Cards, not SD cards. Also, ResScan only works with a specific driver, which means a specific card reader... Sorry...

There was a discussion thread that started back in June on this subject.

I didn't read it......just remembered it and did a search for you.
