1000 hours
Re: 1000 hours
Good to hear that you are doing well on your cpap. I started using mine almost 3 years ago and my memory got a lot better.
But there was one side effect of having a real bad memory that was kind of nice. I like to read science fiction and before I
was on cpap I could read a book and the next month read it again and it was like I had never read it at all!

Congrats. I do second the memory part. I could get away with not doing something my wife asked before and had a good reason. Now I am in the doghouse when I don't do it.

Congrats, Fishhead! I know this must be a huge relief! I expect this time next year...you will be feeling on top of the world...and will be an even more valuable asset to this forum as you will be sharing your expertise with all the newbies!fishhead wrote:well, i just logged 1000 machine use hours and i feel great! my thinking is clearer, i'm alert and more stable emotionally, and most important of all i'm finally sleeping better.

The other posters talked about returning memory...and I have had the same experiences. I once set about to pay the cable bill...and couldn't find it in its usual place. Tore the house up looking for it...and was about to call the company to set up a payment by phone so it wouldn't be late........only to discover I had paid it early. I looked at the carbon copy of the check I wrote...and could clearly see I had done it. But to this day...I have NO memory of having done that. I hope those type of experiences go away!....at least until I am MUCH older!
