VS, FL H, OA and Brain Fog?
A friend went thru a titration study last night and didn't register any Hypopnias. Am I correct in assuming that Vibratory Snores and Flow Limitations could be causing him to suffer "brain fog" ? - Mike

What did his blood oxygenation look like? If there were no significant desats, then chances are the PSG is right in showing that sleep apnea is not the issue.

OK......so there weren't any hypopneas......what were the other numbers like? (apneas, obstructive or centrals? As far as the question in the last sentence, I would say "Not likely" (unless MAYBE there were severely large numbers of them).
"Brain fog" could probably have a number of other origins.

Low thyroid causes brain fog...another thing to ck out: TSH, free T3, free T4, thyroid antibodies.
