For you nasal mask users, what do you do? Thanks!

My doctor told me to flush my sinuses as need each day to clean things out so I didn't get an infection. I only flush when my allergies are bad or something else is going on, I do not flush daily year round.
My doc also told me if I need for five or six days one squirt of Neo Synephrine striaght up each nostril before bed and that works like a charm. I usually flush in the am when I get up and about a half hour to an hour before bed and then do the Neo Synephrine about ten minutes before my mask goes on.

DO NOT USE AFRIN!

I bought a full-face mask for use when I'm sick. Otherwise, I don't like a full-face mask.

I do daily nasal washes while I'm sick.

My doc prescribed some Nasonex to help with the congestion.

I used to flush my sinuses when I got a cold, but I don’t anymore because the last two times I did that, I ended up with an ear infection. I guess every body is different.

What I was wondering was if you can put that Vick’s liquid in your cpap humidifier?
