you definitely need to put on your mask. You'll get used to it eventually

Thanks for the explanation about how the heart and lungs react to an apnea. Looking back before CPAP, I can actually remember suddenly waking up with a strong, rapid heartbeat.
Lions can and do snore....

A Sleep Tech told me once that they could tell if the patient had OSA just by the smell of sweat on their pajamas. That obvious! No need to continue, just throw on a CPAP and start titrating, only if they could

Gosh, do you all remember waking up as if you had been running all night, soaked in sweat... For me, kind of a pins and needles feeling on my brain..

I would think to myself, my sinuses didn't allow me breath well throughout the night and I put on too many blankets. Little did I know...
