I have no doubt, how I sleep affects every waking moment.
I am making progress-NOW I remember that I can't remember

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?

Re: My Success With CPAP...I'm Apnea Free!!
Thanks for coming back to share the good news with us, Ron!
Congratulations!!
As the others have said, for some people weight loss won't get rid of apnea for them -- or at most will just let them use lower pressure, which can make the therapy easier.
But for some lucky ones, enough weight loss can be a cure, as it has been for you, Ron.
You did a smart thing having a sleep study done to find out how you breathe while you sleep nowadays. WTG!!

Re: My Success With CPAP...I'm Apnea Free!!
Just a quick update....
A few days after going for my sleep study, I received a call from the sleep center saying they lost all of the O2 and cardio data in the computer. So last Wednesday I was back at the sleep center again to do what I had done 8 times before. I have an appointment with the doctor on Thursday to go over the results. It appears that the conclusion will be the same. I was left to sleep through the night without having to go back onto xPAP. It looks like I am indeed, apnea free.
