I can keep my mouth shut(literally). I am just shocked at the explosion like force when I do open it.
I moved it to the floor for tonight and set my minimum to 8 and the ramp is set for .05, which I guess is immediate.
BTW, I have the humidifier on 5(the highest) and while it seems fine, there is no condensation or moisture in the tube or mask. I just though the highest setting would over do it?

This is called mouth leaking and it completely eliminates the purpose of CPAP therapy -- the air is supposed to stent open your airways. When CPAP air escapes, there is no therapy and your airways might collapse. When I started losing air, small puffs escaping thru my lips 'affectionately' called loose lips or flapping lips here, I had to give up my beloved OptiLife pillow mask and start using the RespCare Hybrid mask that covers the mouth and has nasal pillows so I didn't lose any therapy air.
