Welcome to the forum. I'm not familiar with your model of cpap, but have you checked your User's Manual? At the back of mine, there is Troubleshooting, which lists common problems and solutions.

Hopefully, others will have more ideas.

Thank you Katiew. The DISPLAY SCREEN is not lightening up but the device is running well, except for the huidifier of which the heater plate is not heating.

I have the System One as well; the display itself doesn't light up. I'm guessing you're referring to the backlighting? That illuminates the humidifer setting, but not the LCD (or whatever) display itself. I think this is a design flaw; the display should illuminate (helpful at night).

You say initially it doesn't flash when the machine is turned on...can you clarify what you mean?

When I said "it doesn´t flah when the machine is turned on.. in fact I mean the display itself doesn´t LIGHT UP. As you said it is a design flaw. The display should iluminate and wouldbe very HELPFUL at night. Now let me ask you a question: WHEY IS THE HEATER PLATE IN MY HUMIDIFIER NOT HEATING?
Thank you - Joao Bosco from Brazil

The display is showing data though, correct? Just not backlit?

It is possible that there is a backlight on the display that flashes when the microcontroller(s) initalize, when you first plug in the machine (All modern machines use at least one microcontroller, and at least one of them runs whenever the cord is plugged in). It is just that it might not otherwise be enabled in the software. Hopefully, that will be fixed.

What is the settings for the humidifier - it goes from 0 to 5 (0=off; 5=max). Also the humidifier setting can be controlled and set from the clinician setup menu.
