I am a new CPAP user (8 days – Usuage 52hrs.) and obtained my equipment by researching this site and reviewing the posts. The CPAP machine I obtained is the Resmed S8 Vantage EPR Auto CPAP machine.
I was interested in collecting my own data and began checking CPAP.com for the card reader and software. The recommended software is ResScan Version 3.7. I went online to consider purchasing the software and the site says that “This product no longer available…..”. I then called the 1.800 # and they confirmed that the product was no longer available and that there was not a replacement.
Question: Is this software (version 3.7) available elsewhere or is there another software provider that will be capable with the CPAP machine I have?
Oddly, the card reader is still available but not the software version 3.7.
Any help appreciated.

Re: ResScan Software Question
There is a site in Australia that sells it. I am waiting to receive mine in the mail now. I am not allowed to give you the site right now because for some reason, it doesn't have me logged in. Anyway, the site says cpap, then Australia. Figure it out?

Just remember the price is in Australian dollars and as stated in several posts on this wonderful forum, you are still able to purchase this software overseas - go figure.

Re: ResScan Software Question
In addition to the software, you'll also want to purchase a card reader. This is sold in the US (see this site https://www.cpap.com), as well as in AUS, but I think you might get a better price here.

Re: ResScan Software Question
I was able to obtain the software from someone on eBay and purchased a generic ACR38 card reader.
The card reader is working correctly but the Resscan 3.7 software doesn't see the card. It shows the reader under Device Settings, however, it says "No Device".
Is it because the software is an Australian version? I called ResMed and of course they wouldn't help me and said the software was *not* for sale to patients.
Anyone have any ideas?

Re: ResScan Software Question
Make sure the card is inserted in correct direction with gold part facing upwards.
I bought the software from Austrailia and the card reader from cpap.com.
