I have been Swift II user for quite sometime now, happy with the results (low AHI). Recently I was in for a surprise, when I order Swift II from cpap.com, I was told they are unable to ship the mask outside the US (I reside in Malaysia) due to ResMed policy. It is not cpap.com's fault but ResMed is to blame, is all about $$$. Over here I have to pay about $220 for Swift II & $290 for Swift LT. Else where outside US is not cheap either. The other online cpap retailers I check, does not ship ResMed products outside US. I am very "ResMAD" now
Anyway, I decide to experiment again (phew !!) after trying many masks and fail in the past. It will be a non ResMed mask. I am looking at other nasal pillow masks in particular Opus 360. I wonder have anyone tried both Opus and Swift II, please share the experience. I have to rule out Optilife & ComfortLite 2, bad experience for me. Any other suggestions will be most welcome.

I've been very happy with my favorite nasal pillows mask -- the "Headrest" by Aeiomed.GreenIce wrote:Any other suggestions will be most welcome.
It looks ridiculously bulky, heavy, and awkward in pictures, but it's actually extremely lightweight.
Here are a ton of topics about that mask. It's had several names in the past (Aura and Twilight NP) but has been the same mask all along:

Hello Rested gal, nice to hear from you again. I have tried headrest for a few nights, a loaner from DME some time
ago. It did not work for me, the pillows came out when I was sleeping. I suppose it can be fixed by following the some of links you provided. May consider trying out if I can get hold of the mask again.

New member here but CPAP user for 5 years.
I literally just got my CPAP therapy where I want it after trying about 10 masks.
The Mirage Liberty works for me. Discovered it as a "last resort" mask test during my last sleep study. The full face masks were just too uncomfortable with my long face.
Good luck!

I have used the Swift and hated it as it never stayed on my head. I changed to the Opus 360 and for me I found then best mask ever in my 21 years of Cpap. You should have no problem adjusting to it and it may help you forget about ResMed and their policies.

The Headrest would not work at all for me either, if I tried to wear it "as is." The nasal pillows would come out, and it would be a leaky disaster for me if I didn't add a homemade strap across the front.GreenIce wrote:Hello Rested gal, nice to hear from you again. With a homemade strap cradling the nasal pillows, stabilizing them, the pillows stay put.
Without an extra strap, the Headrest would be totally un-usable for me.
With a simple extra strap or two, it's been my favorite mask for over four years now.
Here's a link that shows several different ways to route a homemade strap or two for that mask:

I will give Opus 360 a try, after reading cpap.com product challenge Opus 360 vs Swift LT user comments.
