5th Night S8 Autoset II

Post by Liddelbrook » Fri Oct 09, 2009 4:13 pm

Hi,

Again a short night, but with the min pressure at 13 very quiet night

http://www.tsjeep.net/oximed/oxi-resmed ... t-2009.png

I'll think i'll stick to the min pressure at 13

AI 1.1 HI 6.4 AHI 7.5

Leak: Median 1.2 95th perc 2.4 Max 15.6
Pressure: Median 13 95th 13.2 Max 13.4

I feel more "fresh", but I feel sleep is too short.

Looking good..
Now to just get those much needed hours of sleep. Easier said than done I know but all we can do is keep trying.
Good job.

Not bad, but if it were me, I'd still try for some more tweaking to get the AHI down a little more.
Why not try, say, a min of 10, a max of 14 and EPR of 1, then look at the data again, and then narrow the window a bit.
Good luck,
Jay
