Can anyone recommend a reputable company regarding purchase of a TENS unit?

I now have a Empi. I had/still own a rebilicare but they're out of business and can't get batteries and charger unit still worked though. I got mine though a place I was / still going to for therapy. Only because if I had a problem I could get it back quickly. The empi is small and simple great for travel. The rebilicare is a tens plus a 3 wave which for me was better but the batteries were special.
good luck:
