Rescan 3.7 not downloading Detailed Data

Hi I am new to Cpap!! I been Using a Cpap machine for over a week now. Since then I been sleeping better, and more!! I have Severe SOA with a Spleep study of a 81 AHI. I have a Resmed S8 Autoset II and the Rescan Software with a Resmed Card Reader!! For some reason I don't get the Detailed Data for every night that it download Image What I need to do to get EVERY day Detailed Data? Does it is a setting in the machine or the software? I will appreciate it because I am new to CPAP and I am adjusting to it and Tweaking the settings!! Thanks

I just went through this myself.... the software when first installed only downloads the summary info...

You need to tell it to download the detailed or better yet have it download ALL AVAILABLE DATA.

After you select the patient, then select download data, when that window opens click on the select button next to the box marked Data and in that window is where you select Detailed or all available data. it will then load the info from your S8 into the software .....

I know if was frustrating for me too...

We newbies will get there yet.......

Of course I got the info as to how to fix it from this site.... GREAT PLACE This SITE.

Thnaks Lou for the Tip!!! I just ReDownload the card But I still missing some Detailed Data Days!! Do I need to erase the card? How many days does the card can hold? thanks!! This is a great forum for the newbie Cpap User!! Image

The smartcard holds five days of detailed data for both the Elite II and Autoset II machines. IIRC it holds 180 days of summary data. As a result, you'll need to download your data frequently enough so you don't lose data.

WOW....a few days ago you couldn't spell data....

Do I need to erase the card every time I download the Data to make space for the new days? or it will delete it automatically? Thanks!!!

No. When the machine copies data to the card, it overwrites the older data to accommodate new data (FIFO).
