Implant could replace CPAP mask???

Post by PurpleSwan3033 » Mon Oct 05, 2009 8:28 am

This link contains an article that says cpap mask could be replaced with some kind of an implant in the neck. Unfortunately, it gives very little information beyond that but it is a morale booster.

It's interesting that he doesn't give any scientific journal as his source, but may be just a sloppy reporter.

I don't give it much hope but I am glad someone is spending their money developing products for us. Also thanks to the guinea pigs in the trials.

They have to be learning a lot with their trials and maybe they will discover something else to help us.
