Thanks everyone for the input. I just got a call from my sleep docs office and they are going to allow me to have an overnight oximetry test next week. Maybe that will give me some answers also. We can only hope. GG

Good heavens. I never read the info that comes with my Xanax prescription and didn't know it impacted my sleep apnea. Have been taking it for 10 years for panic attacks and stopping it is not possible. But, I'm think I'll try to stop taking one before bed.

There are other things that I know impact my sleep. Caffeine in the afternoon is a complete no, no for me. I wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake. Diet also impacts my sleep. If I eat lots of fruit, vegatables, a small amount of meat and very little pasta or bread then I sleep better.
