Good doctors / sleep labs in UAE

Hi,

I am new in this group. And also new to Sleep Apnea. I have snoring/ BP problem. Also some time wakeup in night with heart beating very high. While at work very diff to keep open the eyes. Can't drive car.

Can any one tell me some good doctors and hospitals in dubai to consult with. I can go for any surgery etc. But want to get rid of this sleep problem

Your own family doctor is the best person to ask about this. So many of us are in N. America, Australia or the U.K., and even if you hear of someone in Dubai who is supposed to be a good doctor, you might need a referral from your own doctor anyway, or else he might not be the right doctor for your problem. You could ask your doctor for a referral to a pulmonologist (respiratory specialist), or a neurologist, and hope they can set you up for a test.

There are several sleep labs located in Dubai .I know the American Hospital & Welcare Hospitals have sleep labs. In Abu Dhabi Sheik Khalifa Hospital & Al Noor Hospital both have Sleep labs. I use the sleep doctor at Sheik Khalifa Hospital who is very good. There are also good DME (medical supply equiptment shops) who sell cpap equiptment.
