Great first night!
Great first night!
Good first night! First time in a very long time that I slept 8 hours and even had some really vivd dreams!! I only woke up once but I think that was because I laid to still on my hip and it was hurting. I need to find the sweet spot on the HH as I had some nasal congestion, nothing horrible tho. My AHI was 1.4, I find that pretty darn acceptable. I was fairly surprised that I was not no where near as groggy when I first got up, I look forward to seeing what each night of therapy improves.

Re: Great first night!
Congrats on your first night! just don't get too disappointed if you don't do as good 2nd!--that's what's happening to me--i'll have a really good night and then one not so good but overall it's getting better--been on the hose now for 1 WEEk! I do know it's working but I also know I have a huge sleep dept to repay. So it doesn't surprise me if I still get tired at the end of the day. It may take some time to really see major improvements. ..and it may not--just depends. Good luck on your therapy journey. I noticed right away and ever since--I'm not getting up in the middle of night anymore for bathroom breaks! this usually happend at least 2x if not 3 during the night.

Re: Great first night!
Congratulations. Mine was on April 23rd and haven't missed a night. Stay with it, even if things get difficult (and they may) but the reward for doing so is worth it.
