Typically I have been setting my machine on apap 11 to 20 with A flex of 3 to be more stomach air friendly. My numbers on average are usually about 2.5....with the best being 1.5 and the worse being 3.5. My 90 % is typically 12 to 13. I typically sleep about 6.5 hours. I wear a gizmo to keep me off my back.

Last night my stomach was sort of bloated and I had drank a glass too many before dinner of wine so I decided to give my stomach a break and put the machine on cpap at 9 with a C flex of one and see what happened. I l slept for over 8 hours...unheard of for me...and my AHI was .5..best ever in 2.5 years. I know it's only one night but I would have bet that my AHI would be higher than normal not lower. My snores were up but that's all....no leaks. Go figure
