Padacheek nose bridge pad trial

Post by bdp522 » Wed Aug 19, 2009 2:41 pm

Just wanted to be sure everyone saw this;
Hello,

I have been attempting to help people with the bridge of their nose soreness for a while now.
First I would say to try loosening the straps as much as possible, this may fix it.

If that does not help, I do have a PAD A CHEEK Nose Bridge that has helped many people with this. The problem that some have with this pad, it does not provide enough padding with the thin dense flap that I use normally.

I have always offered to send a thicker version if the thin one proves to be ineffective. I am now thinking I should send a thin and a thick one in the package from the start. These are already sold in pairs.

In an attempt to design a better pad,
I am accepting the first 20 people who PM me with your name, email address, mailing address and name of your mask and who will sign an agreement to report feedback to this forum on their results in 2 weeks. These people will receive a free sample of the thicker PAD A CHEEK Nose Bridge Protector in return you must give me feedback to help me develop the best Nose Bridge Protection available.
I thank you in advance.

Karen

Hello and thank you for those of you who have PMed me. I still need 8 more participants to round out my group of 20.
Thank you in advance to any of you who are willing to help me design the best solution that I can for the sore nose bridge area.

Just because we have to wear the mask all night, does not mean we have to wear the marks all morning.

Karen,
I am already using your regular Pad A Cheek nose bridge protector and it works great! No more bloody nose. Still have some redness, but that goes away soon after I wake up. I'm not sure thicker fabric would work any better in my situation, but the idea of sending out both thicknesses sounds like a good idea to me.
Keep up the great work!

Chad O.
Realized I needed help when I woke up halfway in the wrong lane on the highway and saw oncoming traffic trying to dodge me. Fell asleep again in <2miles.

I plan ot enroll in the trial. Does the nose bridge pad include the forehead cushion or do you need to purchase it separately? It appears to be a two in one on the Pad A Cheek website. Thanks!

Try it anyway! It can't hurt to try and you can give Padacheek feedback that those of us who have only tried the new one can't.

Not to worry, vipertec. I believe Karen's current nose bridge pad relies on a forehead support, which the FullLife doesn't have. So I can't participate in this nice trial she's offering, either.

But she does have a FullLife in her possession, and she's working on finding a nose-bridge pad solution for it.
