Fuse for Goodknight 420E

Post by StuartBell » Thu Aug 06, 2009 9:59 am

Anyone know the model/manujfacturer of the internal fuse used on the GoodKnight 420E?

Mine blew in a lightening storm - if I bridge in an external fuse, the unit works fine. It is still under warranty but I hate to give up the unit for "4 to 5 weeks" just to change a fuse.

Thanks much /Stu

From the information I've been able to find, it is a 3amp fuse. As long as you replace it with another 3amp fuse, which you should be able to get from Radio Shack, you should be good. Just be sure to take the fuse in with you so they can match it.

An electronics parts supply house is another good place to go. They also stock a wider variety of fuses.
