Excuse me for this question, but it's very important for me!! Someone of you has tried to buy on CPAPFIRST? Do you know if they sell to Italy? It's 2 days that I try to contact them via email, but I don't receive any answer! Thank you all.

I checked their website, and in the Checkout section they have a drop down menu to select the country you wish the item shipped to. I scrolled down and found Italy, so I assume this means they ship there, and the answer to your question is yes, they do ship to Italy. You could call them at the number they have listed for customer service and confirm if you like.

I would also point out that the people at https://www.cpap.com who host this forum also ship to Italy. This link will answer most questions you have:

Hi alnhwrd, thank for your reply!! I have seen that making a test purchase, Italy is onto the drop down menu, but any shipping method indicated by the system isn't valid for my country!
That's why I am trying to contact them for knowing which are shipping costs, but I have already sent 3 email without some answer!
Yes, I know our Host and I thank him for host me on this wonderful forum, but unfortunately I have found, on that site and on another one site, an accessory in offer at a price very much lower ( - 50% ); I am sure that Mr Goodman will understand that it must look also to the saving! I.M.H.O.

this has nothing whatsoever to do with sleep apnea...but i must simply say...your country is so beautiful! best vacation i ever had (or expect to have...unless i go back!) was only in milan briefly...but saw many other amazing places in italy some years ago. please stay with the forum here...lots of great information. ciao!
