One month of results

Post by lanndi » Tue Jul 21, 2009 4:23 pm

If I followed the directions correctly, here are my results for my first month on APAP. Image Or click here to see them: http://s932.photobucket.com/albums/ad16 ... Report.jpg

I didn't get my data every day, and I still take it off to early (w/ the presumption I'm getting up but then fall back asleep).

I am feeling better -- but I think I have room to improve. Any thoughts, comments, analysis appreciated!
Starting APAP use 6/11/09 -- Looking forward to a longer, more rested life!

Maybe its just me or my computer, Lanndi, but even when I make it full size, I still can't make out the numbers on the jpg file you linked to.

Me four, but I can see it well enough to see that it looks nothing like any report I've gotten from my SmartLink software.
