Ms Piggy,
Why not use a different Breeze pillow size for the other nostril?

Did you manage to get a Dream Fit recommended? I didn't.

I think my nares are slotted, but I'm not sure. Can't get close enough to a mirror to be certain. Maybe I shouldn't have been wearing a Breeze for so long after all!

Will someone please tell me if the buckle on the Swift is a problem when sleeping on your back.
Ms. Piggy, I think Swift is the most perfect interface for sleeping on your back. I am a side sleeper and for the first time that I can remember, woke up on my back this morning wearing mine. Totally comfortable.

A N D, RG, I think you should switch your Avatar picture with the REAL you that you posted in the reply. Not nice to deceive us all.

I'll do an addendum to Rock and Roll's answer:

The Swift buckle is no problem when you are on your back, if your pillow is soft enough. An extremely firm pillow can make it uncomfortable.

Good think I don't like pillows that are that firm.

I forgot to add that I have slotted nares (though not as slotted as that picture!) and have no problem using a Swift with medium pillows. The large pillows were too big, stretching my nares painfully.

All of this talk and problems with nasal masks makes me sooooo glad I have the mask I do.

Just remember:
