neck pain?

i have a lot of neck pain--thinking its comming from the straps???? anyone else having this?,,,i use the activa mask and have it loose,,but still feeling pain in the neck,,,,thanks for any help

I just went through this whole ideal. I sleep on my side and the bottom straps of my mask were cutting into the back of my neck. It took a lot of experimenting and sleeping a few nights without XPAP at all to figure this out.

I had to switch to a mask that doesn't have straps that wrap around my neck. I've been using the Mirage Swift LT for Her for about a week now and I like it very much. No more neck pain for me! Good luck!

if the masks doesnt leak only when lying stiffly on back then tighten the straps

lie comfortably and relaxed in bed on back or side
australian,anxiety and insomnia, a CPAP user since 1995, self diagnosed after years of fatigue, 2 cheap CPAPs and respironics comfortgell nose only mask. not one of my many doctors ever asked me if I snored

Try Pad-a-cheeks. I got it, it works. You can get it on-line somewhere here. Someone referred it to me on this site a while ago, it made a big difference.
