I just wanted to give out a huge thank you to the folks that suggested the Mirage Swift LT for Her Nasal Pillow mask!
I love it. It's so comfortable, light, and it seals like a charm. I've used it for three nights now and no more neck pain!
There are a few problems still. Such as I'm still getting up at least once a night to go to the bathroom (though that's better then 3 to 4 times!). Since switching masks my mouth hangs open more. However, last night I only woke up once because of that issue.
My relationship with my machine is getting better and better. One step at a time. I just pray that I don't have any more issues that pop up. I want to sleep!
A little update and a thank you.

Re: A little update and a thank you.
Great to hear that you're having successes and that you're excited about that! As you've said, taking one step at a time seems to make the whole process a lot less overwhelming or discouraging.
I would recommend that you consider resolving your mouth leaking/breathing next. Taping your mouth will very likely bring further dramatic changes, as it did in my case--since you will not be diluting the xpap effectiveness by allowing all that air to blow out into the room. Keep at it!

I'm happy that you found a mask you like! That's more than half the battle, most of the time.
If you're mouth breathing, though, you aren't getting good therapy. You need to fix that problem right away.
Some of us use tape (do a search on taping) and that stops the problem. Others use a chin strap, still others use Polident strips to keep the air (and the therapy) from comming out of the mouth .
All the best to you,
Lee Lee
