In SmartCode data, what does "1 day" mean?

Post by Cassandra » Thu Jul 02, 2009 10:17 am

When I wake up every morning, I write down my SmartCode to get some free data. I have never been sure what 1 day refers to.

I do a few experiments with naps, using while awake, etc. If I do that once in a day, it could throw off the data that I get while I was actually sleeping at night. It seems like the most helpful data would include just the most recent time the machine has been on continuously.

And if it is for '1 day' as in the last 24 hours, well when does it start over? If at midnight, for example, then you could see how that could give you some misleading results.

Thanks,
Cassandra

I think you should call customer service. Whatever they tell you, ask to have it writing.

If I remember correctly, it is from noon to noon, but I can't remember where I saw the info.
