Clinician's Manual for ResMed S8 Elite II?

Post by Micawber » Fri Jun 12, 2009 2:44 pm

Can anyone help me get a copy of the Clinician's Manual for a ResMed S8 Elite II? I'd certainly appreciate any help you can give me--just got started with my new machine and would love to know some of the details about its operation!

Thanks.

I've got a link to an online copy of the quick start manual, which has most of the info you need, but I'm not at the computer where I have it bookmarked. Check back later; I'll post it when I change computers tonight.

Hi, just joined the forum. I'm also interested in having the Clinician's Menu Instructions for the elite s8 machine.
Looking forward to that link, Catnap.
Thanks

http://www.apneaboard.com/CPAP%20Adjustment.htm

The information here above has some quick setup guides for various machines and will get you at least into the menus for accessing data as well as modifying settings. You might want to make a note of how things are just in case you change something and forget what it used to be set at.

I don't have a link to the actual clinician's full multi page manual though.

Hello folks,

Newbie here. I just got my Resmed S8 Elite II and I too would like the clinician manual. I know how to get into the menu but my autostart is not working and in the menu it does not have a change option. I'd also like to read up on some of the options and such.

Any chance I could get a copy of that pdf file too?

Thanks in advance and I hope this works as good as they say it does. That is in feeling alive again, I'm tiered of feeling like a zombie.

I don't know what type of mask you have but "autostart" is not available if the machine is set to a "full face" mask.
