so it will cut off last nights data "after 12 noon"?
and it would have no data for the week because it's been only 3 days??

I don't own a resmed but I understand the LED data is only good until noon for the night before.

There is more data stored which can be obtained with the software but not sure for how many days etc.

You need to keep going. When you get to the screen that says day...no data, press the down arrow. The next screen says something similar, like week...no data or something. Press the down arrow again, and now it will start giving you your stats for the night, starting with leak rate, then goes through AHI, AI, and HI. When you get to HI, it won't go any further, so you can press exit (the right-hand key) and keep pressing it until you've backed all the way out of the review screens.

This might be a stupid response but are you merely reading the first screen which says "Press no data"?

That beat me for the first day or two until I realised that further hits on the down arrow brought up leakages AHI etc.

The Elite II being a fixed CPAP does not display the pressure on the screen display. The pressure is shown using Rescan software.
Machine: Resmed Platinum II Autoscore (probably equivalent to Elite II)
Humidifier: H4i
Mask: Activa LT mask

I now see that Catnap provided the same hint as I did in my last reply - Sorry catnap, I completely missed your reply.

Got it figured out....operator error
this is what I found

june 5
leak 1.58L/s
AHI 6.0
AI 0.2
Hi 5.8

june 6
leak 1.4 l/s
AHI 4.8
Ai 0.3
Hi 4.4

WK
leak 1.34 l/s
AHI 7.3
AI 0.3
HI 6.6

So the way I figure it..not bad except the leak? right?

with those leak rates none of the rest means anything - don't kid yourself into believing otherwise

so the leak rate is very bad and would affect the rest?
what rate should I typically be looking for.

a guess without knowing more on your settings would be under .15 - some ppl say any resmed should be under .4 but I think that is excessive myself

resmeds use excess leaks over whatever the mask in the menu indicates - and they use l/sec over l/min so you have to multiply by 60 to start the conversion

basically at least 5 % of the night your machine is blowing an excess of over 80 l/min over whatever the mask (in the menu) should be using for your best number - machines don't respond when the flow rate is that big !!!!

need your pressure, mask in the menu, mask being used to get some more idea of what you need

mask in the machine menu is?

what is the flow rate of the mask you are using at 12?

what is the flow rate of the mask in the menu at 12?

an example:

now take your leak rate, say 1.2 - multiply it by 60, so you get 72

add on the flow rate of the mask in the menu at 12 - let's say it was 34 (I don't know - you will have to research this at resmed)

so you have a total flow of 72 + 34 = 106

now let's compare that to the flow rate of the mask you are using -

again I don't know your mask's rate - let's say it was to be 40 at 12 (you should have a graph or chart in the mask paperwork)

if you divide this flow by the rate you should have you get 106/40 which is well over 2.5 -

your goal is to get that number down to 1.2 or less imo -

this is only an example and you have to find your own numbers to put in the underlined parts, follow the process and do the math
