I think I had a good night last night! I took advice from this board and shortened my range. Instead of 4 to 15 (my RX is for 9), I set it at 7 to 13. I won't know anything for sure until I can get the software and reader, but I feel like I've slept. Husband didn't hear any gasping either.
It was a bit harder to get to sleep with the lower pressure at 7, but I am confident I can get used to it. Still couldn't stay off my back tho. Hopefully my pressure is high enough for back sleeping. I don't think I could sleep on my stomach with the mask. I have neck issues anyway with the mask, that would just make it worse...
