I was wondering if there is a difference between Obstructive sleep apnea and Central Sleep Apnea when it comes to using those drugs like Versed. I was supposed to get a colonoscopy, but I put it off until another day-week-month, I guess I shouldn't, I'll be 51 in December and this will be my first.

I'm changing doctors after that last colonoscopy!! Everything went OK but the doctor was drinking in the operating room while he was doing the procedure. The last thing I heard the doctor say as the drug started to put me under, was, "Nurse, had me that Bud Lite."

Just had one today. Was told not to bring cpap. A nurse was there dedicated to watching me and then the dr had a nurse. All went well. Had MoviPrep for the prep and it wasn't as mucb liquid as some but still nasty! I feel that the prep is the worst of it. I got Versed and Demerol. I asked the nurse if the table and screen in the room were moving and she said "no, that's just you" and shortly after that dr said "give her more meds".... next thing I knew I was in recovery. Loving being able to eat again, and nothing serious found, so whew!
