Hybrid delivered today

Post by 2flamingos » Fri May 22, 2009 2:07 pm

I had been reading about the Hybrid Mask and since I have discovered I am mouth breathing (which is obviously not good since I use a Swift LT) I thought I would like to give it a try. I was doing a search online and found it on sale for $80.00, so I decided to go ahead and order. It arrived this afternoon. I have been busy trying to get a good fit - and think I have accomplished that - now the true test will come tonight.

Any somments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

It came with the interface, all 3 cushions, 3 sets of nasal pillows, headgear (5 point adjustable), an instructional CD, and a carrying case. Found it at cpapsupplies.com.

First night on Hybrid

Post by 2flamingos » Sat May 23, 2009 7:58 am

First Night - good new and bad.

overall, pressure was lowered - but leaks, vs, and AHI were horrible.

will give another few nights, but if not significant improvement - its a good thing I got it on sale!
