first two weeks

Here are my numbers for my first two weeks. Should I be concerned? Leak has not been a problem. I upped my pressure from 8 to ten after a suggestion on this forum. I did try EPR with no benfits I could see, so I turned it back off after 3 days. Also, I don't understand the week totals. Is there a complex formula the machine uses other than add seven numbers and divide by seven? I am going to contact my ent as I never met or spoke to the sleep dr. from the titration study. Thanks so much for your input! I really want to start feeling better!

That was a good night. Do you know what went different? that is your lowest AHI from what I can figure out. That is what your shooting for.

I did nothing different on 5/18 to get those good numbers. I have been trying to go to bed about the same time each night, and do nothing different prior to bed.

Well any way you AI's which are the most important ones are slowly going down which is good. You want them below 5, you HI's are pulling up your AHI - they are AI wanna be's but didn't happen.
