Oximeters: CMS50-F vs SPO 7500

If you own the SPO 7500, can you tell me what, in your opinion, justifies the $200+ price premium over a unit like the the CMS50-F? Thanks!

I've bought SPO 7500 last year!! Difference? None!!!
IS BETTER TO HAVE AN UGLY COURTHOUSE PROCEEDING THAN A NICE FUNERAL!!
