what mask setting should i use on my resmed for a liberty?

I don't know if i have the right mask setting on my machine, and i have leak rates of .44 ish most of the time. i just wondered which one i should have it set at. i am still having high hi numbers and so i plan on going to see my dme this week to figure out what is going on.......i am frustrated to the point that i take a break using cpap for the weekeneds. stupid i know......

well, i am sooo tired, so nap time......what a mothers day!!

I had to read on the Resmed site for this info a few days ago. I just got the Hybrid which is alot like the Liberty. Resmed says if you use the Liberty to use the Mirage Full setting. So use that setting and hopefully your leak like will be more in line with what it should be.. Good luck

thanks Dynnak, i went ahead and switched it. but now i am getting more leaks from my mask that i know of, and the mask is just not working. of course my dme billed my insurance for another mask already so i will have to wait having 2 liberty masks, one large and one small!!

i am just soo frustrated with the whole thing. it is costing memoney and more money as time goes by but i feel no benefit. so much for snuggling and such. oh well, i am just complaining. Sometimes i am ready to give up, except seeing my 49 yr old brother be in severe heart failure tends to be a reminder of taking care of myself.
