Where to purchase SPO 7500 - Problem solved

I have an SPO 7500 with a broken connection port on the unit. I am returning it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, but I want to buy another one and tried J&R Medical. It looks as though they are not in stock and I want to have one overnighted. Their price is $378 plus $29 or so for overnight shipping; however, they do not have a phone number listed on the website. When I placed the order without a CC a customer service contact # popped up, but none of the extensions listed worked.

My Mom has congestive heart failure and she had a cardioversion last Friday to regulate her heart rate - it didn't work and her rate is going up and down. We have been using the oximeter to monitor her since then and I would like to replace it right away.

Can anyone recommend another site with similar pricing where there are some actual people to talk with?

I was able to order an SPO 7500D which is just the unit (no software) for $270
