best full face mask for a very narrow face

Post by jodi5143 » Mon Apr 20, 2009 6:53 pm

I have a patient who is having trouble finding the best full face mask. he has a very narrow and tall profile. he has tried the resmed quatro and the fp 431 with both the med and large seal. his leak is mostly near his eyes due to his nose being so thin in that area. a full face mask is neccessary due to both obs. and central apneas. his other complaint is that the 431 mask is too hard to trigger or exhale against. any suggestions?

Hybrid?

Liberty?
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

I would suggest that you go to cpap.com and use the online sizing guide to find masks that might fit.

Hello, I also have a very narrow face and had the same trouble. When I found worked the best is the Hybrid. I had to cut the chin flap off the Med size but then it worked fine.
