Hi Phil,

I got back on the site and toyed around too.
M-Series Pro.
I couldn't save my settings. The Save button stays grayed out.
There are apparently two ways to upload .bin files:
A. Through the repository
B. Through a link found on the mycharts page: here.

Method B doesn't seem to upload. A does, but doesn't seem to be available to MyCharts.

I'm glad you're having some success and hope that feedback like this is helping.
Good luck!

As some of my instructions may not be clear from the feedback received I will try and clarify.
The repository is only for storing data not charting, the two are not linked - you need to upload in the charting section

The first step is upload of at least one bin file,

1) unlock browse button by checking the small square check box to right of word "below:"
Image
2) then browse for bin file - upload button will unlock
3) upload bin file
4) now you will be able to save settings if you wish to change anything

5) repeat steps 1 to 3 as often as needed and rinse well

Thanks for your feedback so far

The upload page ostensibly works on both Firefox and Internet Explorer 7, but it uploads considerably more quickly than I would expect a 32KB item to upload. It makes me wonder if the upload is actually happening.

The settings page:
In Firefox on Windows XP, the 'update' button is grayed out no matter what you do on the settings page.
In Internet Explorer, the update button is available, but when you actually click it I get this response:
myCPAP.org wrote:You are not authorised to view this resource.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

All very interesting
Firefox is not working during the upload and the display of charts - I will add this as a bug - I am using FF3.06

IE7, uploads fine and once data is uploaded I can choose the settings menu and save settings. It is a very quick upload followed by 15 seconds of processing before an OK dialog box appears - if it is an error box - then all is not well

My thoughts would be security settings in IE or antivirus software that are not allowing javascript or cookies - I need both to track your data and userID

Thanks

Phil,

I pm'ed you with a video of what's happening.
my ID is DreamDiver on your site.

I'm using IE 7, FF3.0.8 with noscript set to allow cookies and javascript on mycpap.org, along with a few other addons that shouldn't interfere with your javascript or cookies. Noscript shows the all-clear. AV Software is F-Secure, and it is set to allow all things IE or Firefox according to their appropriate settings.

I hope this helps.
