Where to find responses from sellers on CPAP Auction?

Had to send a message to the guy I bought the Liberty for hubby from. We got the mask yesterday, and the headgear is messed up, two left sides, no right side (the side thingy with pad for face)....where would I see responses from the seller after I ask him a question?

When a seller responds, I get a email and a message on the message board on the "MyEbay" screen.

cpapaution.com seller/buyer communication occurs via your regular email, since cpapauction.com has no "messages" area like ebay.

So do I...on Ebay...this is cpapauction.

On cpapauction.com, there is a place where you ask the seller a question. I think you have used that to ask the seller about the problem.

The response should come via email. I know since I have to almost always ask the seller if they ship to Canada via USPS. The reply is always via email.
